Making you an Innovator Step-By-Step
Level 1: 5 - 7 years
Level 2: 8 - 10 years
Level 3: 11 - 14 years
Each Level 32 weeks
2 hours every week
We provide all material and components required for the weekly activities. Kids can take their creations home as well.
IgniterSpace guarantees an instructor for every group of 10 kids.
Kids from LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3 need to bring a Laptop computer on computing days to carry out the programming activities.
Our goal is to build a young generation that embraces innovation and entrepreneurship.
The first step of an innovation journey is to build a passion for creativity and get exposed to different technological areas such as mechanical, electrical, electronic, computing. Once this foundation is built, we let students experiment around the concepts to gain deeper insights. That's where we teach them the process of innovation and entrepreneurship for them to work further on their own ideas.
IgniterSpace Innovator Program is specially designed to develop creativity of students. Students start with prototyping known machines to develop basic knowledge as well as fine motor skills. Then they move on to more explorative creations that are of production grade. Kids gain design thinking and entrepreneurship skills alongside with the ability to create production grade prototypes of their own concepts.
Age 5 - 7 starts here
Focus on Mechanical Engineering.
Kids will get an introduction into Making & will use a combination of basic Electrical Circuits & Mechanics to build creations.
Age: 5 -7 years
Age 8 - 10 starts here
Focus on Computer Programming.
This level focuses more on Computer Programming using Scratch, Microbit & TinkerCAD. Kids will also explore both mechanics & electrical creations.
Age: 8 - 10 years
Prerequisite: Level 1
Age 11 - 14 starts here
Focus on Electronic Engineering
In Level 3 Electronics is explored deeply with a start in electronic circuit design & building to micro-controller programming using Arduino. Kids will explore more complex mechanical projects.
Age: 11 - 14 years
Prerequisite: Level 2
Skills Gained by Young Engineers
IgniterSpace Foundation program aims to build a passion for creativity in students as the first step of their innovation journey. The program exposes the students to a wide variety of technological and engineering concepts. At every class they will make a new creation with our instructors, learning concepts related to mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotics, computer programming, etc.
At the end of the 8 months program, students develop fine-motor-skills and overall knowledge around the following areas. Please note that the set of concepts and the theoretical depth vary depending on the age group of the student.
Wheels and axles
Motors and gears
Forces and Motion
Cams and cranks
Conductors and insulators
Fuses and switches
Basic circuit designing
Source and types of electricity
